Empty Shell

A part of me is missing.

Deep within me is hurting.

Trying hard to fill the hallow me.

Hoping that I could fix the broken me.

I keep on trying,

But ended crying.

Can somebody help me?

Help me find the missing piece of me.

But I guess what is done,

Cannot be undone.

An empty shell is what I am.

  4. Interesting thoughts on a photo of an empty shell. Funny – - we also discard our “shell” after it’s no longer needed. I wonder what bird was in there…?

  5. Emptiness is not permanent, is it? :-)

  6. I won’t look at an egg shell the same way again!

  7. Lovely words. I feel sad though. I hope you’re not feeling that way.
